Not VAT registered, so these are the full prices. Appliances supplied at cost with no mark-up.

Questions from landlords and agents
Can you deal with my tenants directly?
Yes. Give me the tenant's details and I will arrange access, carry out the work and send the report, invoice and photos to you.
Do you offer portfolio pricing?
Yes. For agents and landlords with several properties, EICRs can be priced by the number of circuits rather than bedrooms. Get in touch with a list of addresses and I will put a price together.
Can you work for housing associations and councils?
Yes. I am SafeContractor Gold approved and SSIP assessed, and I have delivered test and remedial work for Southwark Council.
Are you VAT registered?
No. Now Electrics is not VAT registered, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
